You are not quoting the modifed rules to allow people to nab the extra cash - I'll do that later but here's what you had:
The Rules and Prizes for this SEO contest are as follows:
1. Every contestant’s Web page must include one of the following:
a. A back link to the V7N home page.
b. The Official V7N SEO Contest banner (with or without a back link).
c. The text “We support v7n.com” on their Web site.
d. Indented listings in the search engine rankings will not be counted.
